Content should be legible from at least <strong>5 metres (5 feet)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Limit text and make effective use of <strong>visual elements<\/strong> such as graphs, tables, illustrations, and photographs. Visuals should be relevant, clear, and not overcrowded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Additional Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Presenters may provide <strong>handouts<\/strong> of their poster and <strong>business cards<\/strong> for delegates interested in their work.<\/li>\n<li>If your poster or supporting materials are available online, include a <strong>URL or QR code<\/strong> for easy access.<\/li>\n<li>Presenters are expected to be available at their poster during designated <strong>break times<\/strong> to engage with delegates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Adhering to these guidelines will help ensure a high-quality and uniform poster exhibition experience for all
