How to Register 

To complete your conference registration, please follow these steps: 

1. Click register on the top right of the screen
2. Fill in details – Remeber to confirm KEHPCA membership status inorder to choose the correct delegate ticket type
   Note: The Gala dinner ticket is purchased separately
3. You will be redirected to the payment options page
4. Contact via conference@kehpca.org or info@kehpca.org after successful payment
5. Await email for confirmation of payment and account activation
6. Log in to confirm successful completion of conference registraion
7. Get excited about joining us in Kisumu this November! 

Payments 

Payment is required with registration. 

The gala dinner fee is NOT included in the conference registration cost 

Fees paid do not include transport and accommodation 

Cancellation Policy 

• A refund, less Ksh. 2,000 administrative fees, per delegate will be made if written notice of cancellation is received by 17^th October 2023.  
• No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 17^th October 2023.  

• Name substitutions are permitted for written requests received by 31^st October 2023.  
• All correspondence shall be made to conference@kehpca.org
