Ms. Roselyne holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Sciences from Moi University and a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Kenyatta University. Prior to joining KEHPCA, she served as a Programs Officer for the DREAMS program at the American International Health Alliance and as a Regulatory Affairs and Ethics Coordinator at the Kenya Medical Research Institute. She is licensed and registered by the Nursing Council of Kenya and is a member of the Bioethics Society of Kenya.

Ms. Roselyne brings a wealth of experience and expertise to KEHPCA, with a strong background in public health interventions and project management and has great dedication to improving patient outcomes.

Her additional professional qualifications include specialized training in HIV management for both adults and pediatrics, HIV testing, clinical trials coordination and ethics, human subject protection, and good clinical practice by Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI Program). She also holds a certificate in Clinical Trials Monitoring from the University of Nairobi KAVI and Clinwin Research Services and is passionate about palliative care.                             

 In her new role at KEHPCA, Ms. Roselyne will oversee KEHPCA’s programs, ensuring they align with the organization’s goal of enhancing the quality of palliative care across Kenya. She will also serve as a key member of the senior management team, contributing to the strategic direction and overall success of the organization in line with KEHPCA’s current strategic plan.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Roselyne is actively involved in community engagement as a member of the Rotary Club and enjoys reading.
