2nd KEHPCA Palliative Care Conference
The overall theme of the conference 2010 was sharing the care. Quality palliative care is realized when strong networks exist between different palliative care providers, NGOs INGOs, Faith Based Organizations, the Private Sector, the Government, the Community and many others. It is only when we work together as a team to meet the needs of our patients and their families that we can achieve quality palliative care for those who need it.
The conference aims to reflect the diversity that makes up the palliative care sector, understand the shared responsibilities with primary focus on how we can work together to advance palliative care in Kenya.
